【職務内容】
投信計理グループにおいて、投資信託ファンドに関連するバックオフィス業務全般を担当いただきます。具体的には、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

・投資信託ファンドのバックオフィス業務
・投信計理および報告書作成
・事務受任先のオーバーサイト
・約定処理（サブマネジャーとの連携）
・ファンド監査
・新規顧客オンボーディング
・外部カウンターパーティとの折衝、コミュニケーション

【必須スキル・経験】

・以下システムの経験がある方が特に望ましい
・GX Light, GX, Bloomberg, Omgeo CTM
・運用会社、信託銀行またはNRIPIでの実務経験がある方が望ましい

A prestigious investment management firm is actively seeking a talented Operations Specialist to play an integral role in their Mutual Fund Operations Group. If you possess a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a keen sense of responsibility, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle back-office operations for investment trust funds
Oversee fund accounting and reporting
Manage sub-custodian oversight
Coordinate trade settlements with sub-managers
Conduct fund audits
Facilitate onboarding of new clients
Liaise and communicate with external counterparties

Desired Skills & Experience:

Prior experience with GX Light, GX, Bloomberg, and Omgeo CTM systems
Background in asset management, trust banks, or NRIP
Business-level English
Strong EUC skills
