Office Manager - Real Estate Operations/ up to 10M JPY
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager for a leading real estate investment firm in Tokyo. This role is key to keeping the office running smoothly, providing HR support, and assisting executives. You will work with a diverse and international team in a friendly and flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the office organized, clean, and running efficiently.
- Ensure the office meets health and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate office space needs.
- Handle calls, visitors, and deliveries.
- Translate documents between English and Japanese and manage company seals.
- Facilitate new employee orientations and explain company policies.
- Support payroll and social insurance tasks.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and staff training.
- Update policy manuals and support a positive office culture.
- Serve as a link between departments and management.
- Organize internal events like meetings and workshops.
- Manage external communications and IT support coordination.
- Provide executive support, including scheduling and travel.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and expense reports for management.
- Assist with software tools and executive meeting logistics.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Japanese (native to advanced) and capable in English.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
