We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources for our client's real estate business in Tokyo and Yokohama. This role requires someone who can think strategically to align HR efforts with business goals and build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and implement HR strategies that support company goals.
  • - Promote an inclusive and lively workplace culture.
  • - Manage talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
  • - At least five years of HR experience in the real estate sector, preferably in a multinational company.
  • - Must be fluent in English and Japanese.
  • - Strong knowledge of local labor laws; experience with labor departments is a plus.
  • - Strong business understanding with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • - Ability to work independently in a multicultural and changing environment.
