Main Responsibilities / 主な業務内容:

- オフィスのメンテナンス計画を策定し実行する
- 緊急対応管理及び事業継続計画（BCP）を実施する
- セキュリティシステムと防火設備を管理する
- 施設サービスの外部業者を選定し監督する
- 総務チームメンバーを指導し、評価する
- オフィス施設における省エネルギー施策を実行する
- 職場安全パトロールを実施し、是正措置を講じる

Qualifications / 応募資格:

- 施設管理または総務業務での5年以上の経験（必須）
- 管理職経験（チームリーダー以上）
- コスト管理と予算策定の経験
- ベンダー管理の経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可
- 安全衛生管理システムの経験
- 事業継続計画（BCP）の知識
- セキュリティシステムと防火設備に関する知識
