Our client are a retail group recruiting a Network Operations Manager.

You'll ensure multiple business units in Japan are well-connected with both regional and global partners.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead & manage a team.
• - Manage network operations across both Japan and Korea.
• - Manage projects from start to finish.
• - Manage vendors.
• - Monitor network performance
• - Address potential issues proactively.
• - Recommend adoption of new technologies and software as appropriate.

Requirements:

• - 5+ years experience with network and security enterprise systems
• - Experience in retail / B2C businesses (preferred).
• - CCNP & ITIL certification (preferred).
• - Team management experience (preferred)
• - Knowledge of relevant tech (eg. Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, Fortinet, and Cisco WLC).
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
