業務内容:

- 医療機器の安全性と有効性を確保するための医療および科学的アドバイスを提供する
- 新製品のローンチおよび既存製品の管理に向けたメディカルプランを策定し実行する
- R&D、マーケティング、レギュラトリーアフェアーズなどのチームと連携し、医療戦略を統一する
- 臨床プロトコルの開発を主導し、詳細なデータを収集するために臨床試験を管理する
- キーパーソン（KOL）との関係を構築し、同社の科学的影響力を高める
- 全ての医療活動が規制および倫理基準に従うことを保証する

応募資格:

- メディカルアフェアーズ、臨床開発、または関連するヘルスケア分野での経験
- 医療機器および規制要件に関する深い理解
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびリーダーシップスキルを持ち、チームを指導し動機付ける能力
- 医療専門家およびKOLとの関係を構築し維持する能力
- 臨床データの分析と解釈に優れたスキル
