Kelly has always been good to work with, but especially with the recent particular occasion, she had found a candidate who was a passive candidate who would not have been thinking of changing the job (thus we would normally not be able to reach), had a very good grip on the candidate, even after being let go from the first position the candidate was screened for, eventually placing the candidate with the most suitable position when it came out.
