Are you passionate about market research and insights? A global asset management firm is looking for a Market Research Consultant to lead research initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This role does not require financial services experience-candidates with a background in pharmaceuticals, consumer, or other industries are welcome to apply! You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights that drive business decisions.

• Lead and execute market research projects, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Strategy) to translate research insights into actionable strategies.
• Manage relationships with external research vendors and oversee project execution.
• Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders, influencing key business decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.

• Strong expertise in market research methodologies and data analysis.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer, or other industries-financial services experience is not required.
• Ability to translate complex research insights into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in native Japanese and at least business-level English.
• Ability to manage multiple research projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
