Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is seeking a VP/Director for their Retail Sales department. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow client assets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to team development.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Gather assets to grow firm's portfolio
- - Build and maintain client relationships
- - Deliver firm's resources effectively to clients
- - Understand and meet clients' needs
- - Lead and manage the retail sales team
- - Develop strategies for asset acquisition
応募資格:
- - 資産管理会社での直接的な経験（必須）
- - 日本語ネイティブレベルおよびビジネス英語（必須）
- - CMAおよび/またはCFA資格があれば尚可
- - 金融サービス業界での5年以上のリテールセールス経験
- - 金融市場、商品、競合に関する強力な知識
- - セールスチームの管理とリードの能力
Qualifications:
- - Direct experience within an asset management firm (mandatory)
- - Native Japanese and Business English proficiency (mandatory)
- - CMA and/or CFA certification is preferred but not mandatory
- - 5+ years of experience in retail sales within financial services
- - Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and competitors
- - Ability to manage and lead a sales team
