We are seeking an individual with expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions for our client in the mobile sector. You will have the opportunity to lead M&A activities for a global leader, and collaborate with subsidiaries post-acquisition.

業務内容:

• 会社の成長をサポートするための海外M&Aの取り組みを主導。
• ターゲットの特定から取引の最終決定まで、M&Aの全プロセスを管理。
• 子会社との連携を強化。
• 海外子会社の財務データの戦略的な分析。

応募資格:

• M&A実行に2年以上の経験。
• ビジネス開発、M&A後の業務、戦略的コンサルティング、またはM&Aや投資に関する経験を持つ関連する役職で2年以上。
• 日本語と英語のビジネス対応能力；中国語は加点。
• 会計資格、特に公認会計士、は加点となります。
