Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team on licensed product promotions.
- Negotiate and manage license agreements, sales budgets, and performance.
- Maximize synergy with other departments.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of corporate sales experience in consumer goods.
- Experience in planning and executing product promotions.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets under pressure.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market and consumer analysis.
- Multitasking abilities with a team-oriented approach.
- Preferable experience in retail sales and product development.
- Knowledge of multinational business environments.
