- Develop and oversee recreational activities for resort guests
- Monitor guest feedback to improve leisure programs
- Build relationships with tour operators and local partners
- Ensure compliance with safety standards for leisure activities
- Lead and develop the leisure team for operational excellence
- Implement risk management procedures for recreational programs
- 5+ years in resort operations or leisure management
- Experience managing recreational programs and guest activities
- Knowledge of safety procedures and risk management
- Fluent English required
- Experience with luxury hospitality or resort industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with vendor and partnership management
