• - 幅広い訓練コースを管理する。
• - 新入社員のオンボーディングプロセスをスムーズに進めるお手伝いをする。
• - 研修プログラムの提供に関連する管理業務と計画を支援する。
• - 研修リソースとコースの作成・設計に貢献する。

【必要なスキルと経験】：

• - トレーニングまたはファシリテーションの経験。
• - 問題を効果的に解決し、論理的に考える能力。
• - 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語に堪能。
• - ファシリテーション、プレゼンテーション、トレーニングのスキルが高い。
