Key Responsibilities:

- Manage AI learning program projects
- Conduct quantitative analysis for program improvement
- Execute effective program promotion strategies
- Coordinate global learning initiatives
- Develop and enhance e-learning platforms

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Experience in project management (mandatory)
- Experience with AI learning programs is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in learning and development (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills for program analysis and improvement
- Experience with e-learning platforms is preferred but not mandatory
