Our client, a leading software company, is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to maintain and improve the quality of their product suite. This role is fully remote and does not require Japanese language skills.

As the Lead QA Engineer, you will ensure product reliability and user satisfaction. You will work with a diverse team focused on advancing software solutions globally.

主な業務内容

- 製品全体のQA活動を管理

- エンジニアと協力して仕様やユーザーインターフェースの改善

- テスト計画の作成・実施、バグレポートの管理、プロセスの改善

- ウェブおよびバックエンドシステムの自動テストの設定と維持

- QAチームをリードし、品質重視で革新的な文化を促進

応募資格

- ソフトウェア開発またはQAの経験5年以上

- ウェブまたはモバイルアプリのQAプロセスに関する深い知識

- テスト環境やCI/CDパイプラインの設定に熟練

- マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの経験

- 優れた問題解決能力と複雑な問題への対処能力

- ビジネスレベルの英語が必須（日本語は不要）

- ISTQB/JSTQBの上級資格

- エンドツーエンドテストにおけるPlaywright、Cypress、またはSeleniumの経験

- SaaS製品または営業業界でのQA経験
