Lead Product Manager - AI Agents - 18M/Full-Remote

• Own mid–long term product vision & roadmap for a large-scale AI agent platform
• Define and ship 0→1 and 1→10 features with AI as the core
• Translate AI research & engineering into usable product value
• Lead planning and requirement definition for novel AI use cases
• Drive growth using data, experiments, and continuous user feedback
• Work closely with execs, engineering, data science, and PdM peers

• 3+ years experience in product management
• 0→1 or 1→10 product launch/scaling experience
• Data-driven decision-making track record
• Deep passion for AI and self-learning of trends/research
• Experience building product-level competitive advantage (moat)
• Fluent Japanese & business-level English
