Specialized Group is partnering with a top global financial services firm who are looking to hire an L&D Manager to lead Japan's learning initiatives, as well as take a seat at the APAC L&D table. This position will report directly to the Head of HR for Japan and L&D Lead in APAC.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving all L&D Initiatives for the firm
- Managing external vendors
- Collaborating with regional partners on broader L&D initiatives
- Strategic partnerships with stakeholders on problem solving via an L&D perspective

Requirements:
- 5+ years ion an L&D Manager/ Lead or similar capacity
