Junior Client Onboarding Associate (Financial Services)

Our client are a well-known US-based financial services firm, recruiting a Junior Client Onboarding Associate.

This role involves help new clients open accounts, while ensuring regulatory compliance and gaining exposure to a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• - Guide retail and institutional clients through the account opening process
• - Ensure regulatory compliance.
• - Perform due diligence and cross-check information with databases to meet AML and KYC standards.
• - Address client inquiries (may be via phone, email, or online message).
• - Work with Legal, Compliance, Developers, and Project Managers to meet regulatory standards.
• - Identify, analyze, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• - Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• - 1-2 years of experience in securities firms.
• - Experience in AML procedures (preferred).
• - JSDA 1 grade license holder (or willingness to obtain certification after being hired).
• - Basic knowledge of brokerage regulations and client account rules.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
