Our client are a prominent consulting firm active in areas such as M&A, IT, and Fintech. They are seeking a Corporate Strategy Staff member.

You'll work with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to develop strategic plans, manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and lead key management projects.

This is a chance for involvement in major acquisitions and fundraising initiatives, with a clear path for career growth.

業務内容：

• FP&A業務（予算編成、予測、差異分析）の実施
• 年間および中長期のビジネス戦略の開発と統合
• 戦略的目標との整合性を確保するためのプロジェクト進捗の監視
• 取締役会及び経営会議の準備とサポート、議題の設定と報告書の作成

応募条件：

• 企業での管理会計の経験が3年以上
• データ分析および財務モデリングの高度なスキル、Excelの熟練度
• 文書作成およびプレゼンテーションスキルが有効
• 英語の能力は必須ではない
