Japan Sales Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the food, or FMCG sectors in Japan.
• Business level of Japanese and conversational English.
• Must hold a university degree or equivalent.

Ideal Profile

• Independently and proactively identify issues with a solution.
• Experienced in making strategies.

Core responsibilities

• Maintain and develop new channels for B2B partnership.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle (including B2C).
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients, manage product samples, and resolve claims.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other departments.

主な職務内容

• 既存B2Bパートナーシップの維持および新規開拓。
• 営業サイクル全体を管理（B2Cも含む）。
• クライアントと条件の交渉、製品サンプルの管理、クレーム対応など。
• テクニカルサービス、カスタマーサービス、サプライチェーンなど他部門との連携。
