We are looking for a Japan Sales Representative for a major international company in the food processing industry. This remote role offers a chance to significantly impact business growth within a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- ソーセージを含む肉製品業界での関係構築と維持、販売機会の開拓
- 全国での新規顧客の獲得と売上目標の達成
- クライアントとの交渉、製品サンプルの提供、他部門と連携した問題解決
- 市場分析を通じたトレンドと成長機会の発掘
- 技術サービス、カスタマーサービス、サプライチェーンなどのチームと連携し、顧客満足度の向上
- 国内外の展示会や会議、セミナーでの企業代表
- 販売サイクル全体の管理（受注処理、出荷、在庫管理、物流を含む）
- Build and maintain relationships in the meat products sector, including sausages.
- Find and pursue new sales opportunities across Japan to meet sales goals.
- Negotiate terms with clients, handle product samples, and work with other departments to resolve issues.
- Analyze the market to spot trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work with Technical Service, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, meetings, and seminars locally and internationally.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including order processing, shipping, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications:

- 日本国内における肉製品、食品、またはFMCG業界でのB2B営業経験3〜5年
- 日本語及び英語に堪能であることが望ましいです
- 学士号または同等の学歴
- 優れた交渉力とコミュニケーション能力
- 顧客ニーズに焦点を当てた問題解決能力
- 自立してリモートで複数のタスクを管理する能力
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in meat products, food, or FMCG sectors in Japan.
- Fluent in Japanese and strong English skills.
- Bachelor's degree or similar educational background.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
