Our client are a global pharmaceutical manufacturer, searching for a Head of IT in Japan. You'll lead a wide range of functions. This is an opportunity take a strategic senior leadership role at a world-class company with leading salary, benefits, and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT budget and assets.
• Lead IT team.
• Manage EDI jobs.
• Analyze and address discrepancies between warehouse management systems and ERP.
• Ensure adequate inventory of IT equipment such as laptops and mobile devices.
• Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Improve and refine IT systems / processes.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP Order to Cash and Finance
• People management & leadership experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and CRM/SFA systems.
• Experienced in business process modeling.
• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device (preferred).
