IT Support Specialist (9m+ JPY salary!) Global Retail Company

Our client are a leading retail brand, recruiting an IT Support Specialist. You'll handle hands-on support for computers, networks, servers, and various devices, both remotely and on-site (in-store and office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for both store and office users.
  • Troubleshoot / resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Manage system modifications and new system development.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure changes.
  • Ensure network security.
  • Plan and manage telephone systems.
  • Improve help desk services during store hours.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory.
  • Oversee equipment procurement.
  • Manage IS service support operations (incident, problem, change).


  • 3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Experience in retail industry (preferred).
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and IP Phone systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP & BeanStore (POS) preferred.
  • Experience with Workspace ONE, remote/on-site support, printer setup, and inventory management.
  • Must be fluent in Japanese.
