Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage IT governance structures to ensure GxP/SOP compliance.
• Oversee budget, contracts, and vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and balanced workloads.
• Support risk assessments, system management, and operational oversight in alignment with IT strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT roles focused on system management, compliance, and documentation.
• Experience in leading IT teams and managing business-critical systems.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese, for effective communication across global teams.
