We are seeking an IT Strategic Portfolio Manager for a key client in the FMCG industry.

You will be given a wide range of strategic responsibility to take charge of processes and increase efficiency. The suitable candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of independent decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing IT projects and programs to align with strategic goals, delivering them on time and within budget.
• Work with business sponsors and stakeholders to evaluate the benefits of current IT initiatives.
• Track and report key performance indicators related to project risks, scope, and timely delivery.
• Address resource allocation challenges and anticipate needs for future projects.
• Maintain, upgrade, and configure management tools to support IT portfolio operations.
• Assess and report the value generated by IT initiatives and investments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in prioritizing projects across diverse portfolios.
• Skills in project evaluation, monitoring progress, and managing change.
• Experience with risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in performance metrics and KPI tracking.
• Japanese ability is mandatory.
