Overview:

We seek an experienced IT Project Manager to lead omnichannel eCommerce projects, including CRM systems (Salesforce, AX Dynamics) and integrations with Line and other communication tools. The ideal candidate should have retail industry experience and a strong track record of managing IT projects that improve customer experiences across multiple channels.

• Project Leadership: Plan and deliver eCommerce IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• System Implementation: Integrate CRM systems and eCommerce technologies with existing platforms.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with teams from retail, marketing, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and align with business goals.
• Integration Management: Ensure smooth integration of LINE and other tools for seamless customer interactions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and provide post-implementation support.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation and provide updates to management.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and suggest improvements.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience in retail, focusing on eCommerce and CRM.
• Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems and integration tools.
• Project Management Skills: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, MS Project.
• Communication Skills: Excellent at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for resolving project issues.

• Experience with omnichannel retail, including online and in-store experiences.
• Familiarity with other eCommerce technologies.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Fluency in Japanese and English.
