IT Omnichannel Retail Systems Project Manager

Our client are a global leader in luxury retail, recruiting an IT Omnichannel Retail Systems Project Manager.

You'll lead the transformation and integration of retail systems, & be in charge of ensuring seamless digital and in-store customer experiences. You'll lead projects for a wide variety of systems incl. POS, ERP and WMS.

Responsibilities

• - Lead large-scale omnichannel retail systems projects (including Ecommerce, POS, ERP, and WMS re-platforming).
• - Lead projects to analyze and improve current business processes.
• - Define project roadmaps & functional requirements.
• - Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
• - Prepare and present status reports.
• - Generate data insights; identify system improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• - 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• - Strong understanding of retail systems architecture
• - Proven experience in managing retail system re-platform projects.
• - Data analysis skills.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
