The ideal candidate will be a Japanese native with prior experience in the financial services sector, possessing a blend of project management skills, IT service management expertise, and hands-on IT helpdesk support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage IT modernization projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Utilize project management methodologies to oversee project execution from initiation to completion.
IT Service Management: Develop and implement IT service management frameworks and processes to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction. Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management practices are in place.
IT Helpdesk Support: Oversee IT helpdesk operations, providing hands-on support and guidance to team members. Monitor and improve service desk performance, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and requirements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
