We are assisting a distinguished client in the ecommerce/retail industry to identify a seasoned Infrastructure Manager. This Tokyo-based role requires a blend of technical proficiency and leadership skills in a challenging, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, and other technological tools.
• Directing a proficient team to deliver efficient and secure IT services.
• Formulating and executing IT strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Liaising with cross-functional departments to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Adapting IT infrastructure to evolving business needs and technological trends.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure roles, preferably within ecommerce/retail sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT servers and networks.
• 3 years of experience in people management roles.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages.
• Adept at problem-solving with a capacity to prioritize tasks.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines, desired.
