Responsibilities

・ Lead the daily operations of a global team responsible for managing all aspects of an enterprise endpoint environment, including PC management infrastructure, OS image design and deployment, OS and application patching and upgrading, application deployment, configuration standardization, PC security, and inventory managemen

・ Ensure an outstanding level of customer service by providing direct Information Technology (IT) support & you will also supervise, mentor, and train employees reporting to you.

・ Deployment, promote, and manage an Endpoint Management Services roadmap. Facilitate continual system improvements and optimization.

・ Resolves technical and business issues escalated from their team successfully. Appropriately escalates to their manager only issues of significant risk, sensitivity and impact on the business.

Qualifications

・ Possesses strong technical knowledge & hands on experience as End User Support.

・ Fluency in English and Japanese

・ Team Management Experience
