IT Business Partner - Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Location: Tokyo, Japan

An client in the pharma/manufacturing industry is seeking an IT Business Partner for their Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions. This is a strategic role with a highly competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

• Align IT roadmaps with global and regional strategies in Product Supply.
• Plan and execute IT projects in coordination with business/IT functions and vendors.
• Lead transformations within SAP S/4 SCM areas, ensuring compliance and security.
• Provide application maintenance and resolve incidents as needed.
• Offer technical leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more in global applications and transformation delivery.
• 3 years or more in SAP S/4 configuration, including specific areas like purchasing and invoice management.
• SAP certification required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP peripheral systems in Product Supply preferred.
• English proficiency required; Japanese language skills beneficial.
• Ability to manage relationships across departments and with vendors.
• Experience in handling multiple projects in a multinational environment.
