IT Business Partner - Corporate Functions (Hybrid Remote Work OK!)

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner specializing in corporate functions for a global pharmaceutical company.

Our client offers remote / flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities

• - Lead and improve corporate function solutions (eg. Finance systems like SAP ERP Finance, Concur, and Coupa).
• - Work with multiple departments including Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance.
• - Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and operation of IT systems.
• - Manage relationships with external partners.
• - Develop and maintain Digital/& IT roadmaps.
• - Handle change requests, resolve escalated incidents, and ensure effective solutions.

Qualifications

• - 3+ years of relevant experience.
• - Experience leading global application projects.
• - Experience in delivering DX projects.
• - Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Finance IT systems.
• - Vendor management experience.
• - PMP or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
