IT Business Applications Analyst

Responsibilities:

Efficiently deploy standardized business processes and applications across different departments and shared services.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to business users for optimal application utilization.
Maintain coherence between Group standards and local implementations, ensuring alignment both functionally and technically.
Identify, promote, and pilot new business features to augment existing standards.
Implement tailored solutions to address specific business requirements where necessary.
Foster knowledge exchange and capitalize on best practices with fellow business application analysts.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes using relevant performance indicators aligned with project objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, process optimization, and application deployment for SAP environment.
Proficiency in Manufacturing Supply Chain processes and systems.
Strong analytical prowess and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Japanese languages.
