IT Application & Data Lead - FMCG/Retail Industry

A leading company in the FMCG/retail sector needs an IT Application & Data Lead.

You'll report directly to the APAC IT Head & lead projects to improve IT and data applications across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• - Serve as the Business Solution Manager across both Japan and Korea.
• - Oversee daily IT application operations for availability and efficiency
• - Manage external vendors.
• - Collaborate with global product teams and colleagues.
• - Manage major IT Application / Data projects.
• - Provide user support according to internal SLAs and KPIs, while improving business processes.
• - Identify and use opportunities for application development.
• - Ensure compliance with legal requirements, IT Governance, and Internal Controls.

Qualifications

• - 5+ years experience in IT applications, implementation and support.
• - Knowledge of data analytics.
• - Strong project management skills.
• - Change management skills.
• - FMCG experience (preferred).
• - Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
