Our client are a financial services group preparing for a Japanese public listing, and hiring an Investor Relations & Fundraising Specialist.

This is a critical role in a successful and established company that's preparing for an IPO --- and offers an excellent opportunity for rapid career advancement.

主な業務内容:

• ・四半期報告書や投資家向けの資料、プレスリリースの作成。
• ・IPO手続きの補佐、投資銀行や法律チーム、株主機関との連携。
• ・資金調達戦略に関して財務・会計チームとの連携。
• ・ステークホルダーへの財務および非財務情報の適時開示。
• ・定期的な株主総会の開催。
• ・グループ企業からの問い合わせ対応、財務およびIPOチームのサポート。
• ・公開準備のための内外部チームとの連携。

必須条件・スキル:

• ・金融業界での3-5年の経験、特に国際的な金融機関や投資銀行での背景を持つこと。
• ・日本語および英語を流暢に話すことができること。
