Internal Audit Manager

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager for our client, a global leader in computer hardware and consumer electronics.

This role offers the chance to work with a creative and internationally recognized company. You will conduct audits across different business areas to ensure compliance and effectiveness. The job offers a flexible schedule with 3-4 days of remote work.

業務内容

- 各部門（財務、人事、オペレーション、小売、法務）における監査のリードと実施
- 監査計画の作成、目標設定、効率性向上のための現地評価
- 財務データの分析、リスク評価、市場動向に基づく内部統制のレビュー
- ビジネスパートナーと協力し、統制の改善、リスクの低減、業績の向上を目指す
- 内部および外部のガイドラインに従ったコンプライアンスの確保と倫理的なビジネス慣行の推進
- コスト効率とサービス品質の向上策を模索

応募資格

- 会計、法務、エンジニアリング、財務、IT、または関連分野の学士号
- 会計、監査、または類似の職務での豊富な経験
- 英語と日本語に堪能で、優れたコミュニケーション能力を持つ
- ACCA、CPA、CIAなどの専門資格を保持、または取得を目指していることが望ましい
- コンピュータ支援監査技術（CAAT）の知識があれば尚可
- 優れた分析力、戦略的思考力、リーダーシップ能力
- 独立して働く能力、優先順位の管理能力、速いペースの環境での細部への注意力
