Finance Manager (FMCG, Individual Contributor, 7-10m, Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading retail company in Tokyo.

This role is crucial for business growth, providing key financial analysis and advice. You will review financial performance, plan budgets, and forecast long-term financial outcomes. You will also support important decision-making and work closely with different business units. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact for business control in the ASIA region.
- Work with business leaders to create accurate forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
- Prepare and present performance analysis and business review reports to senior management.
- Support projects such as investment planning and system development.
- Manage general accounting tasks, including ledgers, cash flow projections, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners like auditors and vendors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Over 7 years of financial planning experience, preferably in a multinational retail company.
- Experience in business development and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced skills in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure well.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
