We are looking for an Internal Auditor at the associate level for a leading company in the banking and financial services sector. 職務内容:

- 内部基準および業界規制の遵守を確認するための監査を実施
- グローバルチームと協力し、管理コントロールを評価しリスクを特定
- 監査報告書を作成し、関係者に報告
- ビジネスパートナーや関係者との強固な関係を構築
- リスク管理に影響を与える規制の変更や市場動向を常に把握

応募資格:

- 金融サービス業界における監査、コンプライアンス、または財務の経験が約4年
- 日本の規制や法律に関する深い理解
- 複数のプロジェクトを管理し、チームで協力する能力
- 内部統制の概念や監査手法に関する知識
- シニアマネジメントと効果的にコミュニケーションできる能力
- 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
- CPA、CFA、FRMなどの関連資格があれば尚良し
- Excel、Alteryx、Pythonなどのデータ分析ツールの経験
- 革新的な提案力
- 関係者と円滑に連携するための優れた対人スキル
