Our client are a global player in the manufacturing / industrial sectors, recruiting a Plant Manager to be based in Ibaraki.

You will oversee all plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. Our client offers highly generous salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee plant operations, including environment, health and safety (EHS), quality control, and employee development.
- Organize staff training to enhance skills and knowledge.
-Implement plant policies derived from the Production department's goals, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Set annual targets for different sections of the plant.
- Develop plans for increasing efficiency and managing investments.
- Manage operational approvals and documentation, and oversee plant budgets.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of mechanics or electricity
- Skilled in quality control.
- Understanding of glass wool production (preferred).
- Native-to-fluent Japanese ability is mandatory.
