Join a stable and growing real estate business with an international environment as an HRGA Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead HR strategy and operations while managing one HR Generalist.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's people strategy and pave your way to becoming the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).


Responsibilities:

• Drive overall HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations.
• Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, company culture, and diversity.

Qualifications:

• Proven HR management experience, ideally in real estate, asset management, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in Japan.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Fluency in Japanese and English is highly preferred.
