HR Business Partner - Global Healthcare Leader

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join a global healthcare company.

In this role, you will support senior leaders worldwide by aligning HR strategies with business goals. You should understand business needs and HR policies and turn them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic HR advice on talent management, performance reviews, and organizational growth.
- Work with HR and global teams on strategic projects and system rollouts.
- Advise leaders on various HR issues to ensure effective HR practices.
- Review HR data to offer insights and suggest solutions that meet company goals.

Qualifications:

- Strong HR background with experience in strategic business partnering globally.
- Skilled in using HR systems and data for strategic choices.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities, with the capacity to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, virtual setting, showing cultural awareness and business understanding.
