HRBP Area Manager (Kanto/Kansai area) - Fashion Retail

We are looking for an experienced HRBP Manager for a leading fashion retail company in the Kanto/Kansai region.

You'll be based in Tokyo, but have responsibility for locations across both Kanto and Kansai. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in human resources and/or fashion retail to step up and broaden their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement HR strategies
• - Promote a positive work environment.
• - Lead employee engagement efforts.
• - Manage talent acquisition and retention.
• - Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve employee performance.
• - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be fluent in Japanese, with knowledge of the retail industry.

In addition, one or more of the following:

• - Experience in HR Business Partner roles
• - Experience as HR in retail industry.
• - Experience as a store manager with HR responsibility.
