Qualifications:

- 5+ years of HR experience (mandatory)
- Experience in international HR environments
- Familiarity with HR software like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the Consumer/Tech industry is preferred but not mandatory
