Responsibilities:

• Work with leadership on planning and organizational structure.
• Ensure compliance with local laws through policy enforcement.
• Handle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
• Generate HR reports to aid business decision-making.
• Address employee relations, offering support and resolving issues.
• Assess training needs and deliver appropriate programs.
• Participate in restructuring and optimization efforts.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects.
• Manage payroll operations for the Japan office.
