- Handle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.

- Address employee relations, offering support and resolving issues.
- Assess training needs and deliver appropriate programs.
- Participate in restructuring and optimization efforts.
- Contribute to regional and global HR projects.
- Manage payroll operations for the Japan office.
