Our client are an IT startup creating data-driven solutions. They are well-established, and currently in a growth phase.

They seek a Human Resources Generalist to handle a broad range of HR functions in a fast-moving and international business environment. Opportunities for rapid career development are available as the business continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

• Administer HR tasks including employee support, attendance, payroll, and insurance.
• Oversee health and safety programs, including employee wellness checks.
• Monitor employment laws to maintain compliance.
• Help prepare labor agreements and update company HR policies.
• Facilitate HR programs aimed at employee development and talent management.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in HR roles.
• Understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese, with Korean as an added advantage.
• Effective communication and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
