Our client are a well-established IT company with a growing presence in Japan. They are looking for a HR Director based in Tokyo.

You will lead a large team covering all functions of HR. This is an opportunity to lead HR strategy in a well-established company.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute HR strategies to support business goals.
• Lead the local HR team in using automated processes for better efficiency.
• Serve as a link between the global HR centers and the local team to ensure a unified HR experience.
• Work with senior leadership to set up performance management and talent development programs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Human Resources functions.
• Industry experience in technology, IT, or BPOs (preferred).
• Experience in managing teams (preferred).
• Previous work experience in a global company (preferred).
• Strong project management abilities.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
