We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources team at a well-known hotel in Kanagawa. This role is key to driving HR projects and creating a positive work environment. The right candidate will help shape the HR function and lead change in a diverse, international hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the HR team to meet company goals.
- Start and manage HR projects to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Create and implement HR policies and systems that meet local and international standards.
- Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and employee development programs.
- Work with senior management to encourage cultural and organizational growth.
- Ensure clear communication and implementation of HR strategies across all departments.

Qualifications:

- Extensive HR management experience, ideally in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proven track record in leading HR projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
