Our client are a global leader in hotels & hospitality, seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Tokyo.

You will have the opportunity lead a team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in guest rooms and public areas

The position requires fluency in English. Japanese ability is highly preferred, as is willingness to learn Japanese.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate & manage daily housekeeping activities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
• Handle staffing tasks, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Enforce safety and security policies.
• Provide high-quality guest service.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Japanese language ability is a plus.
• Dedicated to delivering high standards of service.
• Team-oriented with a professional approach to addressing issues.
