【業務内容】

• 市場調査および消費者調査を実施し、製品開発に役立てる。
• OEMおよび生産チームと協力して、新製品の設計・開発を行う。
• 製品の配合、プロトタイピング、パイロット生産、安定性試験を主導する。
• 規制変更に対応して既存製品を更新する。
• 製品仕様と成分の詳細を文書化する。
• 国際チームとの製品開発における協働。

【応募資格】

• 関連分野の学士号以上。
• 健康補助食品開発における5年以上の経験。
• サプリメント及び食品表示規制に関する知識。
• 機能性食品や健康クレーム製品の経験があれば尚可。
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 700点以上が望ましい）。
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと細部への注意力。
