Head of Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition for a leading company in the hospitality industry. In this important role, you will develop and implement a Talent Acquisition System and work with senior management at two locations to support business growth. This position offers the chance to shape recruitment strategies, work closely with leadership, and make strategic decisions in a dynamic, multicultural setting focused on growth and innovation.

- 採用プロセスと戦略の開発・管理、ビジネス目標に合わせた最適化
- 人事・カルチャーチームのリード、エンゲージメントと成長の促進
- 求人情報の掲載、面接、入社手続きなど全採用活動の監督、職務記述書の更新
- リクルートメントエージェンシーや外部パートナーとの強固な関係構築、マスリクルートメントイベントへの参加
- 市場調査の実施、管理レポートの作成、離職率の管理と改善策の提案
- 従業員満足度と定着率の向上を目指した従業員エンゲージメントプログラムの策定

求められる能力

- 人材採用の実務経験、少なくとも2年間の採用業務経験
- 全レベルのステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションを取るための優れた対人スキル
- プロアクティブで独立した業務遂行能力、問題解決能力の高さ
- WorkdayなどHRISシステムに精通、労働法の知識
- ホスピタリティまたはF&B業界での経験があれば尚可
